COVID and gender resource library

At the start of the pandemic, early analyses and publications already pointed out the gendered inequalities and disparities that Covid 19 would exacerbate and bring to the fore. This resource is a tracking document that consolidating over 500 publications from 77 countries from March until August 2020. The gender-sensitive thematic areas covered include: dignified work, domestic violence, domestic workers, economy, food security, general analyses, health, humanitarian response, informal work, intersectionality, racism, rural livelihoods, SRHR, technology, trafficking, unpaid care, WASH, women’s rights and leadership and women, peace and security (WPS). This resource library contains a variety of formats of publications (e.g. guidelines, blogs, policy briefs and news articles) and is predominantly in English with select colour-coded resources available in Spanish, French and Arabic. There are also separate “draft” tabs documenting relevant webinars on gender and covid and other meta-lists of gender & covid resources.
